Competencies Required:
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC or PM.
2) At least 5 years working experience on the central air
conditioning construction &project management, familiar with
Ground Source Heat Pump construction &project management is
a plus.
3锛塒C skills - MS office, Powerpoint, Project, AutoCAD,
Visio, etc锛沘 rich experience in review drawing. Experience
in deepen design blueprints is a plus.
4) Strong leadership and people managing skill; Possess
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Very enterprising spirit and sense of responsibility,
Good career ethics, Strong Organizations ability, Strict,
Detailed, Serious, Able to work under pressure; Good
psychological quality. Able to travel and work
independently.
