| Nobao Group Officially Implement All-Staff Performance Appraisal |
Commencing on Nov. 1st ,Nobao group has officially implemented all-staff performance appraisal. The Group scientifically fixed the contents and indexes of the assessment and split them in order of subsidiaries, departments and individuals. All assessment indexes are quantified by scores.
The method of performance appraisal is reasonably planned by the Group and focuses on the key items of evaluation. It is easy to implement and presents the achievements of each department. First of all, the system targets at the appraisal at the end of the year, while it covers the qualitative daily assessment as well. The daily assessment will be carried out once a month and will be the scoring criteria of the performance appraisal at the end of the year. Secondly, the quantitative assessment is laid stress on as well. The performance appraisal is divided into the two parts including the quantitative assessment index and democratic discussion appraisal. Thirdly, the binding effect of the appraisal system is emphasized. Certain punishments measures, such as admonishing, position adjustment or salary decrease, are set to regulate the staff who failed in the assessment.
By punishing the one who failed and awarding the one who achieved, the appraisal work becomes the general tool to push the team working of each department. And the appraisal result shall be regarded as the key premise for position promotion and salary increase. Through the implementation of the appraisal system the team establishment and basic management work are strengthened and the overall balanced development is ensured. While focusing on the result assessment, the process assessment is emphasized in the mean time. The objective, comprehensive and uninfluenced appraisal system will enhance the sequential work of each department of the Group.
