| China Environment Fund Invested Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited 30 million USD |
|
China Environment Fund was established initially and managed by Qing Yun Venture Capital in 2002, it is the first overseas series start-up venture capital fund committed in clean technology in domestic. There are total of three funds in this series of clean technology currently and its capital amount reach to 300 million USD. Investors of China Environment Fund are formed by investors from international renowned Development Bank, family institutions, multinational corporations and institutions. The funds focus on investing on the enterprises which are engaged in environmental protection, energy efficiency, renewable energy, new materials, and comprehensive utilization of resources, sustainable transportation, Eco-agriculture, clean production and corporate carbon reduction. They have successfully invested and introduced several projects which yielded fruitful returns. China Environment Fund has invested 30 million USD on Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited in June 2009.
