1. Most suitable for capacity expansion by units parallel operation
♦ By adopting single unit modular assembly design technology, the air conditioning capacity can be expanded through easy connection of water and electricity. At most 50 units can be paralleled simultaneously for capacity expansion.
♦ The unit can be controlled separately or be central controlled through the network. The capacity expansion is quite flexible.
♦ The unit can be installed in batches, and can be added to new modular easily.
♦ The unit is with high reliability. The fault of one modular will not influence the operation of the whole system.
♦ The loading of unit will match the real demand through the automatic loading and unloading of the master machine by the intelligent controller, which can realize maximum system efficiency and minimum energy consumption.
♦ The energy can be managed well through the selective shut-off of specific units in line with the engineering requirements.
2锛嶮ost suitable for partial loading operation
♦ The big capacity modular unit adopts the design of double circuits double compressors parallel cooling system, which possesses high safety and 4 energy levels, namely 0-25%-50%-75%-100%, to meet different grades of loading demand.
♦ The high efficient brazing plate type heat exchanger, which adopts dual system coolant channel and one common water channel, is beneficial to the enhancement of unit efficiency due to the redundancy phenomenon of heat exchanger area when the unit is at partial loading operation.
♦ When the multi-modular units have been paralleled into large-scale air conditioning application system, multi-gradient energy level of the air conditioning system will be composed of by multiple modular and the 4 independent energy levels of each module, which endows the system with pr茅cised energy management ability and possibility of avoiding energy waster phenomenon of the traditional air conditioning equipments when at partial loading.
3. Long life design and high reliability
♦ The key components of the unit are with top configuration. The world famous brands components are used such as COPELAND scroll compressor, ALFALAVAL new brazing plate type heat exchanger, DANFOSS electronic expansion valve, Saginomiya directional valve, Carel , Siemens PLC controller exclusive for air condition application and etc.
♦ Big power scroll compressor adopts soft-start design, which can reduce the instantaneous current of the unit when is started without generating momentary shock to external power grid, and can protect components inside of the master machine such as compressors and prolong their life accordingly.
♦ The compressor operation is balanced controlled to prevent the premature wearing phenomenon of certain compressor due to super long time of running.
♦ The traditional water circuit switch is replaced by coolant circuit four-way valve switch, which is easy to operate and with more reliable performance.
♦ The unit is with special anti-shock design, which can decrease effectively the unfavorable influences caused by the vibration of the big power scroll compressor and prolong the life of the unit.
4. Environmental friendly, economical, and energy saving
♦ Soil is used as the cooling and heating source. In Summer the soil reserves heat and in Winter discharges it, thus the dynamic heat balance is sustained, and the heat energy inside of the soil is recycled.
♦ Environmental friendly type refrigerant R404A, which has no harm to the ozone layer, is used.
♦ The soil temperature field is quite stable. The unit operation will not be influenced by the outside ambient temperature. The operation is more stable and high efficient.
♦ Heat recovery of the unit can be realized. With high efficiency of energy utilization, the unit belongs to new type low-carbon air conditioning products.
♦ The unit is with compact design, which occupies small area of the machine room. There鈥檚 no discharge of three wastes, and the civil security cost is reduced.
♦ The modular design realizes the investment and installation in batches, which increases the commercial funds availability.
♦ The unit has function of heating, cooling and hot water supply, which saves the equipment investment of Customers significantly.
♦ Totally enclosed casing design with low noise level. More than 7dB(A) can be decreased in comparison with the traditional screw and centrifugal units.
5. Intelligent Control
♦ Italian CAREL PCO3 PLC or Siemens POL687 PLC programmable controller is used. The unit can be connected to the network and remote controlled and diagnosed in real time, and the operating parameters can be modified remotely to make the unit running at the optimized working condition.
