Special Features
1. High efficiency and energy saving
♦ Single loop system is designed by paralleling double compressors. High efficiency can be reached due to the doubled heat exchange area at partial loading operation.
♦ The expansion valve has the fast response ability and pr茅cised flow control (with 0 ~ 480 steps of adjustment) to ensure the precision matching between the flow and air conditioning loading.
♦ During cooling operation, the condensate heat of the unit can be recovered. The COP can reach 6.5 when at full loading operation. The COP can reach 6.7 when the underground piping circle at 50% loading operation.
2. Reliability and durability
♦ PLC microcomputer controller exclusive for air conditioning, which has strong anti-interference ability, is used to ensure the stable operation of the unit.
♦ The unit has multiple protection of power supply, compressor overloading, high pressure, low pressure, water shortage, anti-freeze and water pump overloading phenomenon to ensure safe operation of the unit.
♦ The pressure switch mechanical action alarm and electronic pressure sensor alarm system are both used to double protect the safe operation of high pressure R410 refrigerant system.
♦ The traditional target type flow switch is replaced by differential pressure type water flow switch to promote reliability of water cut-off protection.
♦ The panel is electrostatic phosphate spray-painted as used in aircraft spraying process to prevent corrosion.
♦ World famous brand products are applied as the key components. The machine quality is ensured.
3. Comfort and healthy application
♦ Water is used as the cooling medium and water-air heat exchange method is used at the end pieces, which decreases the supply air temperature difference and keep people far away from 鈥淎ir conditioning disease鈥.
♦ Ground source temperature field is stable, and the operation of the unit is not influenced by the outside air temperature. The master machine operation is stable which ensures the little fluctuation of the indoor temperature.
♦ The 24h central hot water supply of the family is guaranteed to satisfy the demand of simultaneous usage of hot water at different site.
♦ Totally enclosed noise decreasing design ensures the quiet operation of the master machine.
4. Economic utility
♦ The function of heating, cooling and hot water supply is integrated, which saves the equipment investment of the Customer significantly.
♦ Living hot water can be supplied free of charge during the cooling mode operation.
♦ In comparison with the traditional hot water equipments, GSHP is the most economical type with the most consistent performance of the year.
♦ The unit is with compact and modular design. For commercial usage, the units can be invested and installed in batches.
♦ For residential usage, the hydraulic modular (hydraulic components including pump, expansion tank) is optional to use for more convenient installation.
5. Intelligent control
Italian CAREL electrical PLC programmable control platform exclusive for air conditioning system is used to realize free networking and remote control of the units, and to integrate the application of secondary energy (solar energy, gas energy, electrical heat energy and boiler), and to provide the comprehensive application solution for all demands such as heating, cooling, floor heating, living water supply, swimming pool heating and etc.
